Traveling Breaker Plate Mills

Our Traveling Breaker Plate Mills can be used as a clay crushing machine. The mill is designed to permit a slugger crusher to reduce muddy rock and clay to ¾” or smaller. Its breaker plates continually “travel” while in use with all slack on the away side. This design lengthens the life of the plates and eliminates clogging when refining sticky clay material.

High Tonnage Hammer Mills

We manufacture a variety of large, heavy duty hammer mills to handle high tonnage clay size reduction jobs. High Tonnage Hammer Mills can reduce clay to 10 mesh or finer. These clay crushers are designed for extremely heavy-duty use.

Pulverizers

A Williams Pulverizer can be used to pulverize or granulate clay material. Also, by adding an air heater to the system, our pulverizers can also dry the clay product while grinding and classifying. Williams pulverizers are designed for large, industrial clay grinding applications.

Impact Dryer Mill

Reversible Impactors

Williams Reversible Impactors are among the most advanced of the secondary or tertiary crushers to achieve a high reduction ratio. The Reversible Impactor, with its large unrestricted discharge opening, can frequently crush wet or sticky clay material that would plug other crusher types.
