Services

Fabrication/Welding

Williams Patent Crusher has the ability to custom fabricate a wide variety of products in carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys. Our manufacturing capabilities include laser, plasma or oxygen-cutting plate and welding everything from small metal parts to large, complex assemblies using MIG, Innershield and stick. Our welders’ qualifications and procedures conform to AWS D1.1-86 Section 5.22.1 Option 1 or latest revision. Our machine shop is able to handle large weldments and assemblies up to 60 tons to your specifications.

Assembly

Williams Patent Crusher is a heavy duty industrial equipment supplier. We are able to bring the same design/build elements to your project. We are able to provide turn-key products or single run parts, whatever fits your need.

Design

Our in-house engineering department provides full support to the production team. Whether you have engineering drawings ready to build from or need our help to make your idea a reality, our engineering department can use the latest in CAD software to make that happen.
