Direct Fired Roller Mill Pulverizers

Williams Direct Injection Roller Mills are used as limestone grinding machines and can grind to very exact particle sizes that are required for efficient SO2 removal. These limestone mills are designed to operate at 3 to 4 PSI (0.2 to 0.3 bar) and 250°F (120°C) to inject the limestone directly into the Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB), thus eliminating costly material handling, storage, and drying equipment.

Impact Dryer Mills

Our Impact Dryer Mills are a low-cost, reliable method of producing quality sorbent for bin type systems where the limestone grinding machine must produce a precisely-sized particle distribution—while simultaneously drying the limestone to less than 1% moisture.

Hammer Mills

Williams manufactures a large variety of hammer mills and hammer crushers well-suited to handle limestone crushing applications. As the manufacturer holding the very first hammer mill patent to utilize mid-air impact crushing, Williams takes great pride in providing quality, rugged machines for many applications. Williams Hammer Mills can reduce limestone without unwanted fines and can create cubical shaped stone with few “flats” or “slivers,” making it an ideal choice.

Willpactor®

Willpactors® are primary impact crushers with high capacities and large feed openings to accommodate run-of-mine limestone and rock. Willpactors® can be used as a primary limestone crusher, letting you control limestone product size while in operation without having to open the crusher or change its parts.

Willpactor II®

With heavy-duty, reversible/indexable high-chrome impact bars and 3”-thick replaceable secondary apron breaker plates, the Willpactor II® sets the standard for durability. These secondary impact crushers can even be used as a tertiary crushers and work great as limestone crushing machines.

Single Roll Crushers

Williams Single Roll Crushers have a simple and economical heavy duty construction that helps ensure a long lifetime. The crushing surfaces operate at a fixed distance apart, helping to keep product size consistent.
